Uses
- Very effective for Venous Insufficency disease (when formally diagnoised)

Limitations
- Can cut off circulation

Precautions
- Requires Ankle Brachial Index (ABI’s) and need to be greater than .8 for compression to be safe to apply
- A Vascular Surgeon should be consulted if ABI’s greater than 1.1 due to possible calcification of arteries
