A patient with a history of intravenous drug use (IVDU) was admitted with severe cellulitis of the arm and a cyst on the left knee.

Perform sharp debridement to the slough on the knee
Pack the wounds
Secure
Cellulitis and Cyst (Option B)
Where purulent exudate is present, cleanse the wound using the microfibre action of loosely woven ribbon gauze.
